Posted June 3, 2014. I have received notification from USCIS website that I have an RFE for me and my family I-485 appln PD: Aug 2008. Looking at the forums it looks like most of them are getting RFE for I693. My question is that if the family is outside out the country then how to re-file for a new I-693?Update July 30, 2021. We received EAD / AP approval on 07/17/2021 for an employment-based I-485 filed on October 27, 2020. The applicant completed biometrics on March 18, 2021. PD: 07/22/2010 India. EB2.
