Evidently I was shifting at way too high rpm even tho the motor was not sounding like it. The graph lights up when I turn on the key and the kill switch, but then goes off until I try to start the bike. While it is cranking, I can turn the throttle and the graph lights. will go up and down.

The complete installation took me and my wife about 6 hours. I will say that it is a great addition to this machine.
