Here's what this build does; it puts all of your eggs into one basket, being killing large numbers of trash mobs with your ability, where the elemental damage, splash damage, action skill damage, and shared damage (via TTB) are ramped up. I recently levelled up an Amara from around 32 to 72 in maybe an hour and a half in the claptrap pit. The current max level in Borderlands 3 is capped at level 72. When you reach the maximum level cap, you won't gain any experience points (XP) that count toward your character's level progression.
